I had the opportunity to work with the fabulous ladies behind Boutique Design again for a corporate holiday party at the Liberty Hotel. Their creative use of orchids always blows me away, and their attention to detail takes an ordinary shindig to a meticulously styled event.

I had the opportunity to photograph Miggy and Roisin of Twelve Chairs on Tuesday, and see all of the new products they have in their shop. If you’re not familiar with Twelve Chairs, definitely check out their new place in the Fort Point District. Miggy and Roisin work hard to ensure they’re only showcasing products that meet their environmental and sustainability standards, while being visually amazing as well. Also, they showcase local artists throughout the store.
I had the pleasure of working with Sarah again, a previous bride, who you may remember from her fabulous wedding in 2008. However this time, I got to check out her brand new fabric shop in the SoWA district.
And this ain’t your grandma’s fabric store, Grey’s Fabric & Notions offers modern fabrics, open studio in the afternoons, private lessons, and group glasses. Check her out on Facebook and Twitter for class schedules, dress making is on December 30th and January 6th!
