I adore New England in the fall, especially late October. Apple orchards, colorful trees, sweater weather, could anything be more perfect!? So for Donna and Steve’s engagement session we incorporated several of my favorite things. Also, their hilariously adorable dog Maddie got in on some of the action at the end of our session as well.
I hadn’t met Jamie or Ned until their wedding day two weeks ago, but immediately upon meeting them, I realized we have a surprising amount in common. Not to mention that Jamie and I have the same hair color and cut.
And if you haven’t been to the MASS MoCA, and live in New England, go, go now! I loved it so much I took Eric back the following weekend. Thanks so much for including me in your wedding guys, I had a blast!

At any wedding in which the groom tells me he’s a crier, I know it’s going to be a good one! And there is just something about fall weddings on the cape. The light glows a beautiful orange, and the air has a chill that comes on in the evening, it’s just perfect.

Jeanne and Ben live in San Francisco, but chose to get married in my favorite building in the city, the Boston Public Library. They had a simple ceremony in the courtyard after sunset, and a stunning reception in Bates Hall.
